Binance, an affiliate of BTech Holdings PYPL Limited, has announced details regarding the dividend distribution for its tokenized securities, known as bStocks. These bStocks represent an interest in underlying securities held by the issuer and do not confer direct ownership of the actual shares.
bStock Dividend Distribution
Holders of bStocks for QCOMB, PYPLB, and GOOGLB will receive dividends through an adjustment to their holdings.
The eligibility for dividend distribution is based on holdings recorded at specific times:
- QCOMB: Users with QCOMB holdings as of the snapshot on September 3, 2026, at 00:00 UTC will be eligible.
- PYPLB: Users with PYPLB holdings as of the snapshot on September 4, 2026, at 00:00 UTC will be eligible.
- GOOGLB: Users with GOOGLB holdings as of the snapshot on September 4, 2026, at 00:00 UTC will be eligible.
Trading of the associated pairs QCOMB/USDT, PYPLB/USDT, and GOOGLB/USDT will remain unaffected.
Service Suspensions for Token Conversion and Transfers
To facilitate the dividend distribution, Binance will temporarily suspend certain services for the affected bStocks.
QCOMB:
- The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between QCOM stock and QCOMB bStocks will be suspended at 23:30 UTC on September 2, 2026.
- Deposits and withdrawals of QCOMB tokens will also be suspended at 23:30 UTC on September 2, 2026. Users are advised to allow ample time for their QCOMB token deposits to be fully processed before this deadline.
PYPLB:
- The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between PYPL stock and PYPLB bStocks will be suspended at 23:30 UTC on September 3, 2026.
- Deposits and withdrawals of PYPLB will be suspended at 23:30 UTC on September 3, 2026. Users should ensure sufficient time for their PYPLB deposits to be fully processed prior to this suspension.
GOOGLB:
- The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between GOOGL stock and GOOGLB bStocks will be suspended at 23:30 UTC on September 3, 2026.
- Deposits and withdrawals of GOOGLB will be suspended at 23:30 UTC on September 3, 2026. Users are reminded to allow adequate time for their GOOGLB deposits to be fully processed before the suspension.
Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for QCOMB, PYPLB, and GOOGLB will resume once the dividend distribution is complete. No further announcements will be made regarding the resumption of these services. Users can opt to subscribe to recovery notifications where available.
Dividends earned from assets held in accounts other than the Spot Account, including but not limited to Savings and Margin Accounts, will be credited to the Spot Account.
Binance will manage all technical aspects of this event for involved users. Dividend reinvestment and distribution will be processed after the deduction of applicable withholding taxes.

Binance Convert will pause the conversion of QCOMB and all associated trading pairs at 23:30 UTC on September 2, 2026. Similarly, Binance Convert will pause the conversion of PYPLB and GOOGLB, along with their associated pairs, at 23:30 UTC on September 3, 2026.
