Tokenized Securities to Distribute Dividends via Multiplier Adjustment

Binance, through its affiliate BTech Holdings Limited, will distribute dividends for its tokenized securities, known as bStocks, via a multiplier adjustment mechanism. bStocks are classified as certificates representing certain financial instruments, offering holders an interest in underlying securities held by the issuer, rather than direct ownership of the shares.

Holders of TSMB and CRMB, which represent tokenized versions of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) and CRM, respectively, will receive dividend payouts through an on-chain adjustment.

Eligibility for Dividend Distribution

Users holding TSM on the record date of September 16, 2026, at 00:00 UTC will be eligible for the dividend distribution related to TSMB.

Similarly, users holding CRM on the record date of September 17, 2026, at 00:00 UTC will be eligible for the dividend distribution related to CRMB.

Trading of CRMB/USDT and TSMB/USDT pairs will continue unaffected.

Service Suspensions for Token Conversion and Transactions

TSMB:
The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between TSM stock and TSMB bStocks will be suspended starting September 15, 2026, at 23:30 UTC. Concurrently, deposits and withdrawals of TSMB tokens will also be suspended. Users are advised to ensure sufficient time for their TSMB token deposits to be fully processed before this deadline.

CRMB:
The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between CRM stock and CRMB bStocks will be suspended on September 16, 2026, at 23:30 UTC. Deposits and withdrawals of CRMB will also be suspended at this time. Users should ensure their CRMB deposits are fully processed in advance.

Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for both CRMB and TSMB will resume once the dividend distribution is completed. No further announcements will be made regarding the resumption of these services. Users can opt to subscribe to recovery notifications where available.

Dividends earned from assets held in accounts other than the Spot Account, including but not limited to Savings and Margin Accounts, will be credited to the Spot Account. Binance will manage all technical aspects for users participating in this event.

Dividend reinvestment and distribution will be processed after the deduction of applicable withholding taxes. Binance Convert will pause the conversion of TSMB and all associated trading pairs at 23:30 UTC on September 15, 2026. Similarly, Binance Convert will pause the conversion of CRMB and all associated trading pairs at 23:30 UTC on September 16, 2026.
